He faced pressure, responsibility, and life decisions that demanded maturity fast. Along the way he experienced setbacks, personal battles, and moments that forced him to question everything about himself and the direction of his life. Instead of letting those moments break him, he turned them into fuel. That mindset became the foundation of Overcoming Obstacles Together. In 2021 Spencer officially incorporated OOT as a company with a simple idea behind it. Everyone is fighting something. Some obstacles are visible and some are internal. But growth happens when people choose discipline, faith, and progress over excuses. Since its founding, OOT has grown from an idea into a movement. The brand has generated tens of thousands in revenue, built a loyal community across social platforms, and created opportunities for artists, creatives, and entrepreneurs to collaborate and build together. Spencer personally reinvested over seventy thousand dollars back into the brand to keep the vision moving forward. But the real mission goes deeper than clothing. Spencer is an alumni at SAE Institute in Atlanta specialising in entertainment business to better help develop his music career as Rich Hxxdie. His work blends creativity, discipline, and purpose. Through music, visual design, community events, and apparel, he uses OOT as a platform to inspire people to grow through what they go through. To Spencer, OOT is not just a name. It is a reminder.
